The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to many restaurants and the vibrant El-Hamra street. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. The bathroom is clean and has all necessary amenities. The staff provides excellent service, and the complimentary breakfast is extensive and delicious.

The hotel could improve on their housekeeping services, as some dishes and utensils were not properly cleaned.

I had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city. The upgraded one-bedroom suite had a clean and new feel, with fantastic pillows and great isolation. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, including local options like croissants with thyme. The location was a good starting point for exploring the area, with cafes, shops, and Berber restaurants in close proximity. The rooftop pool and its magnificent view were a pleasant surprise.

The location was a bit dodgy and difficult to find, and taxis sometimes had trouble reaching the hotel.

This hotel provided us with an unforgettable luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities such as the rooftop pool, barbeque grills, and sun terrace were all used to the fullest. We enjoyed our time lounging on the sun loungers with beach umbrellas in hand, plus the entertainment in the leisure/TV room was great.

The only minor issue we encountered was the service, which wasn't as fast as we would have liked. this was quickly redeemed by the delicious breakfast we enjoyed at the restaurant.

The laundry room was a great option, it was quiet and never busy. The breakfast had a good variety of Middle Eastern and European options and it was great that it was available until late morning. the pool had a great view and the prices at the bar were very reasonable.

The only minor issue was some scuff marks on the hallway walls and suite walls. It was clear the hotel could use a more durable paint type or different wall covering to solve this problem.
